해외교육사업

하나를위한음악재단은 해외 개발도상국과 함께 문화예술영역의 개발협력사업을 진행하고 있습니다. 아시아와 아프리카 대륙의 다양한 지역에서 예술교육과 공동체 문화활동을 통해 개인과 지역사회가 건강하게 성장할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고자 다음과 같은 사업을 지원합니다.

Music for One Foundation conducts development cooperation projects in the field of culture and arts with developing countries. We support the following projects to create an environment where individuals and communities can develope through art education and cultural activities in Asia and Africa.



현지 음악교사 양성 프로그램 : Music Teacher Training Course Program

현재 개발도상국에는 훈련 받은 음악교사가 제한적이기 때문에 음악교육이 공립학교나 지역 교육기관에서 이루어지기 어려운 상황입니다. 이에 음악교육 기회를 확대시키고자 개발도상국 현지 공립학교 교사들에게 음악 교수법을 교육하여 음악교사를 양성하는 현지 음악교사 양성 프로그램을 진행하고 있습니다. 현지 전문음악가를 대상으로 하는 선도음악교사 연수(Guiding Teacher Training Course)를 수료한 선도교사들이 현지 음악교사 양성 프로그램의 교사로 투입되어 교육을 진행합니다. 이와 함께 정기적으로 한국의 음악가들이 현지를 방문하여 단기집중연수를 통해 지속적으로 음악교사 교육을 지원합니다.

The offering of music education in public schools and community centers in developing countries has been ignored due to the limited numbers of music trained teachers. This program focuses on music education expansion opportunities in development countries through music teacher training course program. This program includes intensive teacher training of resident master teachers (guiding teachers) then the guiding teachers teach the local teachers to be qualified to teach music for the public schools. Also professional musicians visit regularly from Korea for workshops to provide training.



봉사단 파견 : Volunteer Dispatch

개발도상국의 아동, 청소년들에게 문화예술교육 기회를 제공하고자 예술분야 전공자로 이루어진 단기 및 장기 문화예술 전문봉사단을 파견합니다. 단기 봉사단 프로그램으로는 음악전공자들과 일반인들이 음악을 필요로 하는 세계 곳곳을 방문해 현지 학생을 대상으로 음악교육을 제공하고, 현지 협력기관에 찾아가는 음악회, 길거리 음악회 등을 개최하는 ‘Gift of Music’ 해외봉사활동이 있습니다. 1년 단위로 파견되는 장기 봉사단은 안전교육, 사업관리교육 및 현지적응교육 등을 이수한 뒤 현지의 공립학교, 예술고등학교, 대학교 등의 기관에서 음악 및 예술교사로 활동하게 됩니다.

In order to provide cultural and arts education opportunities to children and adolescents in developing countries, we dispatch short-term and long-term cultural arts volunteer groups. Gift of Music, a short-term overseas volunteer project, provides music education for local students, and holds various community concerts by visiting local partner organizations. And the long-term volunteer group dispatched for one year works at public schools, art high schools, and universities as music and art teacher after completing safety training, project management, and local adaptation training.



장학사업 : Scholarship Project

예술교육을 받기 어려운 상황에 있는 개발도상국 현지 저소득층 아동, 청소년의 전인적 발달을 위해 음악교육, 합창단 교육, 악기교육 등의  프로그램을 지원하고, 음악을 전공하는 대학생을 장학생으로 선정하여 전문음악교사로 성장할 수 있도록 교수법 교육 이수 후 음악교사로 활동하는 기회를 제공합니다. 또한 한국의 대학교에 진학하고자 하는 개발도상국의 잠재력 있고 성장 가능성 있는 학생을 선발하여 장학금을 지원합니다.

The foundation supports educational programs such as music, choir, and instrument education for the holistic development of low-income family students in developing countries who are in difficult situation to have art education. And we select and support scholarship students majoring music in university to become professional music teachers. Also we provide scholarships to students from developing countries who have potential and wish to study in university in Korea.



문화예술교류 프로그램 : Culture and Arts Exchange Program

아시아 국가 간의 문화적 차이 이해와 문화예술교류를 위해 Asian Youth Choir for One(AYCO) 합창단과 청년문화엠버서더(One Asia Cultural Ambassador, OACA) 프로그램을 운영합니다. AYCO 합창단은 한-아세안 10개국의 청년 음악가들의 연합 합창단으로 단원들은 각 나라의 문화적 특성을 이해하고 음악을 통해 하나로 연합되는 경험을 하도록 기획되었습니다. 청년문화엠버서더 프로그램은 문화예술교류를 위해 선발된 청년들이 미얀마, 캄보디아, 필리핀, 라오스 등의 국가를 방문하여 음악, 미술, 사진 등 문화예술분야의 다양한 주제로 워크숍, 포럼 등을 실시함으로써 현지 기관과의 협력을 도모하는 활동을 진행합니다.

The foundation operate Asian Youth Choir for One(AYCO) choir and One Asia Cultural Ambassador(OACA) program to understand cultural differences between Asian countries and to exchange culture and arts. The AYCO choir is an united choir of young musicians from 10 Korea-ASEAN countries, designed to help the members understand culture of each country and experience unity through music. In Youth Culture Ambassador program, young people who are selected for culture and arts exchange visit countries such as Myanmar, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Laos, and collaborate with local institutions through workshops and forums.



커뮤니티 음악회 : Community Project

문화예술을 접하기 어려운 문화소외계층 아동, 청소년과 지역주민들을 찾아가 지역사회의 문화향유권 확대를 위한 다양한 형태의 음악회를 정기적으로 진행합니다. 이를 통해 지역 공동체가 문화예술활동에 적극적으로 참여하고 누릴 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 음악 및 예술교육의 중요성에 대한 인식을 제고합니다.

The foundation visit culturally marginalized children who do not have much chance to enjoy the right to culture and arts. Through participation in concerts, we provide support to create an environment in which various people can actively participate in cultural and artistic activities, and to provide opportunities to raise awareness of the importance of music education.
